Meeting rooms at Sobusy coworking are an ideal place for organizing trainings, workshops, recruitment or business meetings.

Perfectly equipped rooms adapted to the client's needs, ideally located (5 minutes from Central Station, 3 minutes from Metro Centrum) are giving the possibility of fast communication with the remaining districts of Warsaw.

price:	50 zł net/hour; more than 4 hours = 10% discount; more than 8 hours =20% discount

Subscription holders benefit from an additional 50% discount on services related to the rental of meeting rooms.

 

Reservations

You can reserve meeting rooms by using the below reservation form or by sending an email.

In any case please provide us with the invoice details and the name of the person heading the meeting.

After receiving your reservation request you are going to receive a confirmation as soon as possible and you are going to find your reservation in the online calendar on the website.

 

Reservation policy:
a) for existing clients (those who have subscriptions for coworking open space, microoffice SMART or virtual office) :
Payment on the spot on meeting day in cash or bank transfer. If you cancel your reservation later than 1 working day before the meeting, Sobusy has the right to charge you with the full amount.

b) for new/external clients:
Payment 3 working days before meeting by bank transfer based on a proforma invoice. Only if the payment has been received by Sobusy your reservation is finally confirmed. If you cancel your reservation later than 2 working days before the meeting, Sobusy has the right to charge you with the full amount.
